For the Easter season, I am posting some rather different things on this channel, in addition to my regular output, as a little gift to my listeners and supporters. This is a reading of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Kidnapped. I hope that you all enjoy!

Hi, Mr. Roberts!
I am a high school English teacher in Iowa, and this week and last week we used your Kidnapped audio book to read and follow along with the online printed version of the book. I really enjoyed your reading of the book; it was so professional, and your accent helped to bring the book to life. Thank you for recording that book.
I had a hard time finding chapter 24, which is my favorite chapter and the chapter upon which I am grading the students for their final exam, so I searched your name. I found that you are a member of the Gospel Coalition. What a coincidence! My husband is also a member of the Gospel Coalition. Small world!
