I have found it very revealing to read the Bible in the context of ongoing history during which God is constantly acting to redeem Fallen Man and progressively unfolding (more information bit by bit !) His ultimate revelation of salvation through belief in Jesus’ atoning sacrifice.
This understanding is known as “redemptive history” and it enables one to read the Bible with “new lens” or “new eyes”, thereby allowing “the blind to see”!
